Terms of Service
Last updated: August 23, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Remedy 360 Wellness (“Remedy 360 Wellness,” “we,” “us”) covering your use of this website, our waitlist, our email list and our contact forms.
By using the site or submitting your information, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is today
We have not opened for patient care. Today this site is informational: it describes services we intend to offer, collects waitlist requests, and lets you subscribe to email updates.
Nothing on this site creates a patient relationship, guarantees you an appointment, or guarantees that a specific treatment will be available or appropriate for you.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to submit information through this site.
- You must provide accurate information about yourself and keep it current.
- Services will be available only in states where our clinicians are licensed. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee availability in your state.
3. Waitlist and pre-booking
Joining the waitlist reserves your place in line and, if you ask us to, flags you for priority scheduling. It is not a confirmed appointment and no payment is collected.
A visit is only booked once we contact you, confirm your state and eligibility, and you accept a scheduled time.
4. Communications
By giving us your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you about the guide you requested, our launch, scheduling, and our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Message and data rates may apply to any text messages you choose to receive.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false information or impersonate another person.
- Do not attempt to access, disrupt or test the security of our systems.
- Do not scrape, copy or republish our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
- Do not send us protected health information you do not want stored — see our telehealth consent and privacy policy.
6. Intellectual property
The content, branding, guides and design on this site belong to Remedy 360 Wellness. You may read and share links to our pages; you may not reuse our materials commercially without permission.
7. No warranties
The site is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is complete or applicable to your situation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remedy 360 Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for professional negligence in the delivery of clinical care.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services launch and evolve. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Remedy 360 Wellness is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact form.
