Evidence-based plans led by clinicians — including GLP-1 evaluation when appropriate, metabolic labs and ongoing titration.
Perimenopause, menopause and hormone imbalance care with individualized therapy and symptom tracking.
One-on-one nutrition counseling built around real life, food preferences and long-term maintenance.
Accountability between visits — habits, sleep, movement and stress, with a coach who knows your chart.
Comprehensive physician consults for diagnosis, prescribing and complex medical history review.
Registered nurse check-ins for follow-ups, dose reviews, lab results and quick questions.
Perimenopause, menopause and metabolic change can show up head to toe. If any of these sound like you, a virtual visit is a good place to start.
Weight and hormone medications deserve careful hands. At Remedy 360 Wellness, a physician leads your care team and reviews your plan continuously — with labs, guidelines and follow-up built in.
Every care plan is created or reviewed by a licensed MD. Nurses, dietitians and coaches work under that plan — never independently of it.
Medication starts, dose changes and symptom flags are reviewed by your physician before anything moves forward.
Baseline and follow-up labs guide GLP-1 and hormone decisions, so treatment is measured — not guessed.
We follow national guidelines for obesity medicine and menopause care, and we say no when a medication isn't safe for you.
Our clinicians only treat patients in states where they hold an active license, with clear escalation to in-person care when needed.
Visits run on encrypted, HIPAA-appropriate platforms. Your records are yours, and we never sell your information.
Telehealth is not for emergencies. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, heavy bleeding or thoughts of self-harm, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Women’s midlife care is too often a maze of billing codes. Ours isn’t.
$250 for your initial visit, then $150/month. No surprise bills, no facility fees, cancel anytime.
Most members can pay with an HSA or FSA card. We provide an itemized superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
When treatment is appropriate, we send prescriptions to your local or mail-order pharmacy — often covered by your existing drug plan.

“For the first time someone looked at my labs, my hormones and my eating habits together instead of handing me another diet sheet. Down 26 lbs and my energy is back.”

Ask a question we missedWe provide telehealth medical weight management, hormone therapy for perimenopause and menopause, registered dietitian visits, health coaching, MD physician visits, and routine nurse follow-ups — all delivered virtually as a coordinated team.
Yes. All appointments take place by secure video or phone, so you can talk with your clinician from home, work, or anywhere private. You’ll need a reliable internet or phone connection.
Our clinicians can evaluate whether GLP-1s or other weight-management medications are appropriate for you, based on your history, labs, and goals. Prescribing is always individualized and follows safety guidelines.
Your first visit is a comprehensive intake. We review your health history, symptoms, goals, and any prior labs. From there we build a shared plan that may include nutrition, coaching, medication, labs, and follow-up visits.
We send lab orders to a Quest or Labcorp location near you, or use a mobile phlebotomy option when available. Results are reviewed with you in a follow-up visit and added to your care plan.
Hormone therapy can be safe and effective for many women when prescribed after a personalized evaluation of your symptoms, history, and risks. We discuss benefits, risks, and alternatives so you can make an informed choice.
We are working on insurance contracts and will share accepted plans before we open. In the meantime, visits may be self-pay, and many patients use HSA or FSA funds. We can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
We are licensed to provide telehealth in a growing list of states. When you join the waitlist, tell us your state and we’ll notify you as soon as care is available where you live.
Yes. A licensed MD creates or reviews every care plan, and our registered nurses, dietitians and coaches work under that plan. Medication starts, dose changes and any concerning symptoms are reviewed by your physician.
Safety is built into the process: baseline and follow-up labs, evidence-based prescribing that follows national obesity-medicine and menopause guidelines, structured symptom check-ins, and referral to in-person care whenever it's the safer choice. Telehealth is never used for emergencies.
Share a few details and we'll reach out as soon as scheduling opens in your state.
