What does the $150/month membership cover?
The monthly membership covers ongoing visits with your care team — follow-up appointments, nurse check-ins, dietitian sessions, coaching, and secure messaging between visits. It keeps your care continuous and unhurried.
What isn't included?
Lab work and any prescription medication are billed separately by the lab and pharmacy — those are not part of the membership fee. We'll always tell you the expected cost before anything is ordered.
Do you take insurance?
At launch we plan to operate as a self-pay clinic so visits stay unhurried and transparent. We can provide a superbill you may be able to submit to your insurer, and labs can often be billed to your insurance directly.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no long-term contract — you can cancel the monthly membership at any time. The initial visit is paid per visit.
